A behavioral-health brand people feel safe answering.

Moodr Health builds proactive care for behavioral health: a HIPAA-compliant texting platform, wearable data and predictive analytics that help care managers reach people before they are in crisis. The subject is as serious as healthcare gets, and the audience is split. Patients need to feel safe answering a text; payors, clinicians and health systems need proof before they sign.

We built a brand that could hold both: warm enough to open, calm enough to trust, and structured enough to carry clinical data. Then we put it to work across the payor deck, print and a podcast.

The identity

Two ribbons, one continuous line.

The mark is two awareness ribbons drawn as a single line, crossing at the base to form an M. It says what Moodr stands for, mental-health awareness and care that does not let go, without reaching for a medical cross or a brain icon.

Taviraj, a high-contrast serif, carries headlines and gives the brand a humane, editorial voice. Nunito Sans handles everything functional, from interface labels to data. The wordmark sets one against the other: Moodr in the serif, Health in the sans.

The palette starts in deep teal and night green rather than hospital blue, grounded by sand and paper neutrals. Sky and sunshine are held back for signal: channels, highlights and the numbers that matter.

The voice

Meet people where they are.

The brand's line is also its operating principle. For Moodr, where people are is usually a phone, so the voice is written to sound like a person checking in, never a system sending an alert: “Hi Dana, how are you feeling today? Reply 1–5.”

Print follows the same restraint. The business cards pair a warm paper side with a deep teal gradient that lets the ribbon glow, and the mark holds up at the size of a lapel pin.

The payor deck

A clinical product, explained to the people who pay for it.

Payors, health plans and health systems decide whether Moodr reaches patients at all, so the deck had to carry the hard part of the sales conversation on its own: why behavioral-health care management breaks down today, what Moodr does differently, and what changes once it is in place.

We structured the story from problem to proof and built each slide around one idea. Dense clinical workflows became diagrams a care manager can follow at a glance; outcome data became large, legible figures with the research cited. The results further down are Moodr's own, as the deck reports them.

Early Innovators Podcast

A place for the conversation to keep going.

Early Innovators gives Moodr a regular place to talk with the people pushing care forward, and gives partners a reason to keep hearing from the brand between sales conversations.

The cover art is built from the brand's own shapes: a studio microphone drawn in tonal teal with the ribbon mark tucked inside it, and heavy type that stays readable at thumbnail size in any podcast app.

FAQ

Here are quick answers to the things founders ask us most

Daymade is a creative agency working in four areas: brand strategy, brand identity, websites, and ongoing marketing. Most engagements combine two or three of them. We have run 52 projects for 27 clients over five-plus years.

We work with clients across Central Illinois, including Bloomington-Normal, Peoria, Champaign-Urbana, Springfield and Decatur, and we take remote work anywhere in the United States. Being close by means we can run the opening workshop in person, which is usually the fastest way to get a brand unstuck.

It depends on scope, so we quote per project rather than publishing a rate card. As a rough guide, a focused brand identity or website sits in the mid five figures, a full brand and website build runs higher, and ongoing marketing is a monthly retainer. We tell you the number before any work starts.

A focused brand or website project typically runs 8 to 16 weeks. That covers five stages: workshop and strategy, moodboards, visual direction, design and build, then handoff. Ongoing marketing is a rolling monthly engagement.

A branding agency decides what you stand for and what you look and sound like. A marketing agency takes that to an audience. Daymade does both, which is why the campaign work does not contradict the brand it is meant to be selling.

Yes. A lot of our work is with founders and early-stage teams who need to punch above their weight, and we scope engagements to the stage the business is actually at rather than the stage it hopes to be at.

Start with the Sit Down, a free conversation rather than a pitch. Email hello@daymadeagency.com or use the contact form. Bring the messy version of the problem; we will help sort what matters now from what can wait.
